Refund Policy

At AirAroma & Essence LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our items, returns are very limited. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help clarify our policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for any return or resolution:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
- We will evaluate your request and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note: We do not accept physical returns unless explicitly approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
- Broken or damaged items due to misuse
- Gift cards or downloadable items
- Final sale items (if marked)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos at airaromaesscence@gmail.com.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will issue a store credit or replacement. Refunds to original payment methods may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Orders with free shipping may have the original shipping cost deducted from any refund or credit.
Return Shipping
We do not accept physical returns unless expressly authorized. If an item must be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping using a trackable service.
